Prof. Gurucharan singh, carries 38 years of experience spread cross industry, corporate relations, HR, training, learning & development including 16 years experience in the education sector. He holds a degree in BE (electrical) along with MBA (HR). He is actively involved in extensive research work in creating an employability and industry readiness framework for students in line with industry expectations.He firmly believes in human resource management concepts, focused in imparting employability skills by researching innovative methods, mentoring faculty, guiding careers, process improvements and strategic planning. He has a vast experience in designing learning and development modules to ensure industry readiness of the student community so that they are successfully placed across the various industries.During his professional career, he has been bestowed with many awards from eminent presenters.

The awards include an “Award of excellence” in fostering industry-academia partnership for enabling careers in contemporary engineering sectors by Tim Morris, chief executive, Nafems, UK in 2018. He is also the recipient of the visionary minds award 2015-16, 2014 – 15 and the performing minds award 2012 -13 for insightful efforts and best practices towards improving the overall employment ecosystem in the country at the national employability conclave. He has also bagged the Edupreneur award for human resource development at 2017 national education awards.He is a motivational speaker and has been doing workshops in the relevant industry to motivate students and leaders. He has also undertaken a program for rural India students (focused in south India) in digital literacy.
