Endeavour to create an ideal healthy human society, a just and equal world subjugated to laws of Nature through a knowledge acquisition system which seeks to inculcate in individuals right from Childhood qualities of Humility, Submission, Equality, Service, Self-sacrifice, Justice, Charity, Compassion, Composure and courage besides skills to make a living where materialism is not the goal but a means and fear and greed are abhorred.


Re-define success as pursuit of happiness as individual responsibility by transporting self to positive state of mind, being pro-active, not reactive in actions and doing small things in a great way instead of mindless competition while adhering to the core value system which has to be imbibed in Children personality at early age through parental care and awareness.

Education is basic input for an individual to be useful to human society. Formal education from Schooling to higher levels is necessary to be able to contribute to and make a living in prevailing economic system. Awareness to take care of human body and mind to maintain good physical and mental health, respect for laws of nature is necessary in childhood.But the existing system pays very little attention to this basic need of health education of human being and necessity of inculcating in personality a value system to take care of and serve fellow citizens is almost completely ignored thereby leaving a void exposed to exploitation by unscrupulous dogmatic ideas leading to intolerance and social unrest/wars.


The core value system has to be imbibed in Children’s personality at early age. It seeks to inculcate qualities of Humility, Submission, Equality, Service, Self-sacrifice, Justice, Charity, Compassion, Composure and courage. Parenting needs to be preceded by proper awareness/ adult education to achieve this goal.

HEALTH EDUCATION or Life Style Management has to be necessary part of early learning in life to eliminate self inflicted illness and maintain healthy mind and physical body.

Globalization is a welcome movement for economic integration. Political systems need to work for serving and uplifting human race instead of protecting geographical boundaries which will lead to integration and ability of human race to live as one human society where there will be no spending on or for wars. Education, as defined above, can alone achieve this in all democratic societies.


 The elitist Indian education system has chosen centres of excellence, model schools and innovation centres. Everyone rushes to the top few, but only few succeed to get College and subject of their choice based on insane and irrational cut offs, turning admission process into a do-or-die situation for students. Number of school leavers seeking admission to undergraduate courses stands at 13 million and is estimated to exceed 30 million by 2025.Share of private unaided higher education institutions has increased from 42.6% in 2001 to 63.21% in 2006. India has just 355 universities but it needs 1500 if it wants to enhance its poor gross enrollment ratio (GER) to 15% from 13%. China has created 1250 universities in just three years. All this happens in India where very few actually make it to colleges. Just compare India’s 11-13% GER to a global average GER of 23%, developed country average of 45% and developing country average of 36.5%. Government aims to push the GER to 30% by 2020. It took 55 years for India to hike its GER from 1% to 10%.There is mindless commercialization of education and the well deserving poor are left out in this unequal world where exploitation in one form or the other has become a norm.

GGS Foundation identifies brilliant and poor Students and work for their education by sponsoring, working with Government/Other Schools to improve academic standards and by opening new Institutes/Learning Centres of Excellence. Each Citizen is encouraged to participate in the noble cause by identifying two such Students and monitor academic achievement till Students get employed.

GGS Foundation acknowledges intrinsic goodness of all people and education has been conceptualized as a multi-vision movement for comprehensive human development-Groom the mind to achieve excellence. It has to help individuals understand inner strengths and values. Academic and Professional Excellence are watchwords. Emphasis is on self-directed, flexible and open system of learning with a predominant emphasis on attitude modification and imparting skills. It will be our endeavour to prepare growth-oriented human resources who are great human assets and at peace with themselves.
